TO GET THE BEST BURN FROM YOUR CANDLES, WE RECOMMEND:

Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting, even when new

Allow wax to pool to edge of jar before extinguishing to prevent "tunneling"

Do not put the lid on the jar to extinguish the flame

Remove wick residue before re-lighting each time

Do not burn in a drafty area

NEVER leave a candle unattended
